Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests may be entered through Prism by Building Engines. On the opening page, enter your login name and password, then click the LOGIN tab. If you do not have a Prism login name or password, please contact the building management office at 215-851-9000 and login credentials will be forwarded to you.

Documents

To access tenant documents log into the Building Engines portal and select the 'Documents' tab. For access to Building Engines please contact management at 215-851-9000.


Click Here to view the documents.


Note: Once you’ve logged into Building Engines, click GO TO, select Files from the drop-down menu, click on Public Document Folder.
